Dr. Bae's research published in Biomedical journal and listed as new technology by World Biomedical Frontiers!
Congratulations to Dr. Seongtae Bae and his research team for their recent work on successfully developing Magnetically Softened Iron Oxide (MSIO) nanofluid, PEGylated (Mn0.5Zn0.5)Fe2O4, for local induction of heat shock proteins (HSPs) 72 in retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) for ocular neuroprotection. The research paper is featured in Biomaterials Vol. 101. It is also listed as a new technology of 2016 by the World Biomedical Frontier Organization.
